Question 1

Do you work with a product that's already live?

Accepted Answer

Most of our work is exactly that - picking up an existing codebase and adding a feature, a data layer, or making an existing product AI-Native. We read the existing system and work inside its constraints rather than pushing for a rebuild.

Question 2

Does every project have to use AI?

Accepted Answer

Every project is designed with AI in mind, but we size it to the job - sometimes that's a single classifier in the pipeline, not an agent. If v1 doesn't need it, the groundwork is there for when it does.

Question 3

What do you need from me to scope a project?

Accepted Answer

A rough sense of the problem and, if it exists, access to whatever you already have - a site, a spreadsheet, an existing codebase. The scoping call is where we turn that into a written plan; you don't need a formal spec ready in advance.

Question 4

Where's the team based, and who am I actually talking to?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Delhi, India. Whoever replies to your message is one of the people who'd work on the project - not a separate sales layer.
